McAuliffe Stevens Registered Architects (MSra) with offices in Dunedin and Queenstown are looking for a Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate to join our team.

We have a varied portfolio of completed and ongoing work that includes residential, commercial, medical, hospitality and institutional projects, for which many projects have been recognised with industry and NZIA awards.

We’re looking for an architect or experienced graduate who has:

· A vision and are driven to progress your career.

· An entrepreneur at heart and you’ve the ability to convert projects into well resolved architectural built solutions.

· A great eye for modern design and composition and get excited by all things in architectural practice.

· Is eager to take on responsibilities because you truly want to develop in all aspects of architectural design and construction.

· Is efficient in producing architectural documentation in Archicad or Revit.

· Is organised, thorough and confident in communicating with consultants, contractors and teammates.

· The skills to write and speak in a clear and professional manner.

· A solid understanding of NZ construction methodologies and Codes, construction contracts and staff management.

· While not mandatory, ideally a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience and/or are a current NZ registered Architect.
