Craig is a Principal of McAuliffe Stevens Registered Architects (MSRA) managing the Dunedin office. He is a NZ Registered Architect and has 30 years of professional architectural experience working on a wide variety of significant multi-level projects in the UK, Australia and NZ up to 100,000 sqm, with values of over $400M. As a practice Principal of MSRA he is currently working on local projects of up to $65M, where MSRA are providing a traditional full service as the lead Architect with our small, highly skilled team.
Craig has a passion for the built environment, high quality architecture and enjoys the relationships that coexist within the wider design team. He believes in a rigorous, professional approach to all aspects of the services he delivers through his extensive experience, diligence, communication, design and thorough documentation.
He is looking forward to his continued career in architecture, offering his extensive experience, leadership skills and enthusiasm to significant medical projects in Dunedin and the wider Otago area. Craig calls Dunedin home, having been borne and raised in the City and coming home in 2005 after nearly a decade working in architecture abroad.

Preston is a Principal of McAuliffe Stevens Registered Architects (MSRA) managing the Queenstown office.
Preston has a wide-ranging experience in all aspects of professional architectural practice and has an established a reputation for provision of quality services and documentation (design and technical).
Preston commenced his first position within architectural practice in 1977 and became a Registered Architect in 1988. Preston is Principal and Director of McAuliffe Stevens Limited, established in 2013. McAuliffe Stevens has offices in both Queenstown and Dunedin and Preston is mainly located in the Queenstown office.
For nine years before establishing McAuliffe Stevens, Preston was the Principal and Director of the Queenstown practice; 2 Architecture Studio Limited. Prior to this he was a senior project architect with the Dunedin practice of Harrison Gillies for eight years, before becoming a Practice Director with Archimedia Ltd, running their Queenstown office for 10 years.
Preston is the immediate past Chair of the Queenstown Lakes District Council Urban Design Panel, having been a member since 2007. For a number of years Prestion has been a consultant Architect undertaking design review for the Butel Park (Arrowtown) Homeowners Asssociation and also was a member of the Design Review Panel for the Bendemeer residential subdivision near Arrowtown. Preston has been the Chair of the Southern Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) and has represented the Branch on the NZIA national Council.
